In defending the Fantasy Night Realm against the dark forces controlled by Nightfall, the fairies were recognized by the Radiant Stars and made the new Guardians of the Radiant Stars.
They passed the trial awakening the power of the Radiant Stars, and forged friendship with Aiden and Connie as well.
