Top reasons
- Committee renewal track record - Lead committee members (NHK, Dentsu, Culture Entertainment) have a smoothed catalogue continuation rate of 25%, above the catalogue average of 14%
- Titles like this rarely return - 8 years with no new entry: of short series (first entries) in that position, under 1% got a new season or film within 10 years
- Cross-platform audience rating - Weighted audience rating 24.0
Runway
Anime original
This is an anime original, not an adaptation, so there is no source material to run down - renewal turns on sales and popularity rather than runway.
