The anime takes place on the screw-shaped island country of Screw Island and follows the "Vocabot" Heybot and his partner, Prince Nejiru as they collect different "Vocab Screws". When the Vocabots wear the Vocab Screws on their heads, they're able to compete in "Vocab Battles," battles for who can think up and tell the best jokes.

- Committee renewal track record - Lead committee members (Bandai Namco Pictures, Bandai) have a smoothed catalogue continuation rate of 30%, above the catalogue average of 14%
- Cohort rating percentile - 65th percentile within season cohort
- Domestic episode engagement (Niconico) - 3,260,566 episode views on Niconico (JP domestic)
Runway
Anime original
This is an anime original, not an adaptation, so there is no source material to run down - renewal turns on sales and popularity rather than runway.
