Courcast score breakdown
CourScore weighs signals for an official sequel announcement within 18 months, blending attention velocity, completion strength, and catalogue health.
CourScore
20.1
CourScore measures renewal signals out of 100. It is not a calibrated probability of an official sequel announcement within 18 months.
Signal coverage: 100% • Signal freshness: Medium • Updated 10 hours ago
Top reasons
- Format continuity - Format (ONA) matches prior mainline entries
- Committee renewal track record - Lead committee members (Bandai Namco Pictures) have a smoothed catalogue continuation rate of 34%, above the catalogue average of 14%
- Titles like this rarely return - 11 years with no new entry: of short series (later entries in a franchise) in that position, 3% got a new season or film within 10 years
Runway
Anime original
This is an anime original, not an adaptation, so there is no source material to run down - renewal turns on sales and popularity rather than runway.
