Fairies Rabirin, Pegitan, and Nyatoran are mysteriously transported somewhere where they meet the fairy, Mirakurun who is being chased. Mirakurun creates three Miracle Lights for them and transports the trio back. Meanwhile, Nodoka meets the Huggto and Star Twinkle Precure teams, who then come across Refrain as he attempts to capture Mirakurun. Refrain has been turning the clock back each day, but those who have Miracle Lights are unaffected by his powers.
