Arc Ruler has declared that he will remake the world, and has caused all the world's Digital Friends to run amok as "Shade". The mission given to Light and his friends is to neutralize the three towers that are leading the world to destruction. Having obtained the "Negza System" for use against the Shade, Light and his friends aim for each tower while defeating the Shade. Now, the battle for the fate of the world begins!
