A mysterious creature named UMA (Unidentified Mysterious Animal) appears in Lala's gummy case and then uses a power to whisk the Pretty Cures to a faraway place. Though they can't communicate with words, song seems to work just fine. UMA is so precious to the universe, but alien hunters are after UMA! The whole universe is in danger if they catch UMA. UMA must be protected and the hunters defeated!
