Shiroinu writes down the day's events before he goes to sleep. One day, he opens a drawer buried in the snow and finds old diary entries. He realizes that he's forgotten the sensations and emotions from that time to the extent that he feels like he's reading about someone else's life.

Courcast score breakdown
CourScore weighs signals for an official sequel announcement within 18 months, blending attention velocity, completion strength, and catalogue health.
CourScore
12.9
CourScore measures renewal signals out of 100. It is not a calibrated probability of an official sequel announcement within 18 months.

Top reasons
- Cross-platform audience rating - Weighted audience rating 70.0
- Domestic episode engagement (Niconico) - 1,582,658 episode views on Niconico (JP domestic)
- Titles like this rarely return - 8 years with no new entry: of films (first entries) in that position, under 1% got a new season or film within 10 years
Runway
Anime original
This is an anime original, not an adaptation, so there is no source material to run down - renewal turns on sales and popularity rather than runway.
